OK join us for our over 50 exercise program. We meet every Saturday afternoon for 12 weeks at one of our beautiful parks for an intense, different work out. We use Ropes, TRX, KB, Medicine ball, or none and other natural tools to lift, push, slam, throw, pull in a controlled and save way. Functional exercises, balance and strength. Groups are either all male, female or mixed but 50 yrs young or older. ( (;-) ). We start as soon we fill up a group of 6 - 8 people.
