Changing my diet.

I've got the handiness of a home office now.

So i'm attempting to spread out many meals throughout the day.

I'm opting for one egg with toast and cheese (in sandwhich form) for breakfast.

A bowl of cereal morning snack.
A light lunch, ideally something with chicken, tuna, or salmon.
A bowl of cereal afternoon snack.
and a regular portion dinner (similar to lunch, but beef and pasta often incldued)
an evening snack, usually toast.
and if necessary one more bowl of cereal before bed...

almonds and water throughout the day.

with regular exercise i'll be interested to see where I end up in 3 weeks in terms of slimming down a bit more.

So should I buy stock in General Mills or Post?

That's a lot of cereal. 8O

forget all that cereal blue. eat an apple or an orange with the nuts instead. and try to eat raw almonds, not the salty processed kind.

always raw almonds.

JU - cereal mix is equal parts raisin bran, vector, and regular cheerios.

You could sub some veggies in for that post-dinner snack. Baby carrots with salsa is a good choice.
