Just sign up by call or text me at 512.413.9110. We work on core stability, functional fitness and strength. We have flex training, medicine ball, suspension training, rope exercises, body weight exercises, non contact boxing and brain training, etc as tools to get you fit or better. Pay as you go or take advantage of monthly plans. We work circuit training in groups, from beginners to advanced athletes. Prices are $12, $10 or $8 per session depending on choice of class and attendance. Setting the stage for success and prolonged health. Eya bunga!

Wednesdays midday work out times at 11AM and Noon.
