Join us for our over 50 exercise program. We meet every Wednesday morning for 12 (more or less) weeks at one of our beautiful parks for a different work out. Mosey on in to yoour health. We can use Ropes, TRX, KB, Medicine ball, or none and other natural tools to lift, push, slam, throw, pull in a controlled and save way. Functional exercises, balance and strength. Groups are either all male, female or mixed but 50 yrs young or older. ( (;-) ). We start as soon we fill up a group of 6 - 8 people. It is not a sprint, rather a conscientious subtle change.
