Join us for our over 50 exercise program. We meet Mondays (PM), Thursdays (AM) and Saturdays (PM) at one of our beautiful parks for fun in the sun. Mosey on in to yoour health. We can use Ropes, TRX, KB, Medicine Ball, or none and other natural tools to lift, push, slam, throw, pull in a controlled and save way. Functional exercises, balance and strength. Groups are either all male, female or mixed but 50 yrs young or up. It is not a sprint, rather a conscientious subtle change.
